"How can I do an exchange?"
A return sheet is attached in the package- in case of return you can write down the reasons and if you`d like to have a replacement. When we receive your return, the amount will be computed with the new items. We will inform you via mail if you have to pay a difference (e. g. new postage or a new item with a higher price). After your payment, the package will be sent out. If it is an urgent case, you can also do a new order and do the payment for it. The amount of the return will be credited on your bank account separately. In this case- please let us know via E-mail or phone. Thanks a lot.
